The difference between JDM and USDM engine is only the emission value and the output value of power and torque. The emission is based on the different of emission regulation of each country. The output power and torque is based on the regulation of highway, but this is all about engine management setting. To pass smog, a fast moving parts such as filters-spark plug-and engine maintenance that will shown the condition of the galant. USDM stands for United States Domestic Market.
