Does the JDM K20a a 75mm throttle body and performance intake manifold or do I need to buy from Skunk2?

Hi

changing carburetter from the standard will have no effect on performance despite what some kid has told you all is does is waste fuel as the head and ports need gas flowing and polishing to have any great effect to the standard performance a better exhaust system is required this should be an expansion box which will be noisy and get you into problems with the law these devices are meant for racing not on the public highway as the engines on the race track are constantly running at much higher rpm than the standard road machine.

Then these is the other issue of modifications to engines and the insurance company if modified and an accident happens weather it is a result of the modifications or not the insurance company will walk away from the insurance claim as you have modified it without telling them. then you will be prosecuted by the police for having no insurance as they will inform the police of this issue. so is it really worth the problems associated with this expenditure.

i don't think so a large bike or scooter is a far better option.|||If you are going to be keeping the motor stock, a 75mm throttle (which doesn't exist from what I can find) will not be good for you. That will be way over kill for that motor. If you run a stock motor with a OEM RBC manifold or a Skunk2 manifold, you will benefit way more. Once again, you will need more parts than just that to see a lot of difference in power gain and you will also need Kpro.
