the engine would be going into a car that is a 77' my concern is emissions testing/overall legality of the swap. is the 77 exempt or wat? do i have to get and older car that is exempt from emissions because i have seen many cars that are 90'+ and they have JDM engines but im not sure how legal this isIF i swap a JDM engine into a car would it be legit/legal in PHOENIX AZ?
Just register it to a P.O. box someplace down in Pinal county, they still have freedom there......IF i swap a JDM engine into a car would it be legit/legal in PHOENIX AZ?
the exhaust system fumes you shouldnt have to worry about 77 might not need testing at all not sure about your state law its not so much the motor as it is the exhaust fumes it puts out
